Where We Deliver
We currently provide delivery to【Malaysia】.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination. The applicable shipping fee will be confirmed before your order is placed.
Where free shipping promotions are available, the applicable terms and conditions will follow the respective promotion. Free shipping may not apply to selected remote or restricted areas.
Dispatch Time
Paid orders are normally dispatched within【1–2 working days】.
Dispatch may take longer during weekends, public holidays and major promotional periods. Where a different dispatch time is stated on the product page, the product page timing will apply.
Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia:【1–5 working days】
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):【2–7 working days】
These are estimated delivery times provided by the courier and do not include our dispatch processing time. Actual delivery may take longer due to weather, festive periods, logistics conditions or customs inspection.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number.
You may track your parcel through the courier's official website or app. A newly issued tracking number may take some time before tracking updates appear.
Delivery Issues
If the tracking status shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in checking with the courier.
If a parcel is returned because the address is incomplete, the phone number cannot be reached, nobody is available to receive the parcel, or due to other delivery issues, any re-delivery charges will be borne by the buyer.
